* Clients are responsible for setting up and removing any personal décor they bring. To maintain the quality and care of our custom venue, we do not permit self-setup for venue amenities or allow guests to move or break down venue items during the event. If tables and chairs need to be removed during the event, additional staff will be required.
Rental & Set-Up Options

Our venue provides premium table settings and service options to elevate your event. Available for rental, we offer gold-rimmed plateware, elegant water goblets, and silverware for up to 200 guests. White table linens are available for an additional fee for up to 20 six-foot round tables. Our team will polish dishware and set the tables prior to your event, and dedicated staff will clear tables, wash, dry, and carefully repackage dishware during dinner service, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience for you and your guests.

Grand Custom Warming Kitchen Access

For an additional fee, guests can access our grand custom warming kitchen for catering services:

$350 Use Fee: This fee covers the use of our kitchen for prepping, and cleaning of dishes or supplies.

$500 Damage Deposit: The deposit is fully refundable if no damage occurs during the use of the kitchen.

This policy ensures that our high-end, custom kitchen is treated with care. Should any damage occur, the deposit will cover necessary repairs to maintain the quality of our unique finishes

Please Note:

To maintain the integrity of your setup and ensure safety, tables and chairs cannot be moved between indoor and outdoor spaces once arranged. Each piece is carefully positioned to meet fire code regulations, providing ample space and easy access to all exits.

If additional tables or chairs are required, we kindly ask that they be rented and delivered ahead of time to allow for proper setup​
