* Clients are responsible for setting up and removing any personal décor they bring. To maintain the quality and care of our custom venue, we do not permit self-setup for venue amenities or allow guests to move or break down venue items during the event. If tables and chairs need to be removed during the event, additional staff will be required.

- Event Insurance (Marcy at Farm Bureau in Buhl)
- If client is providing alcoholic beverages to a Dry Hire Service or to a Licensed Vendor, the event insurance policy needs to stipulate client is providing alcohol.​
- Damage Deposits
- Client Damage Deposit for Venue $500.00 this is a separate fee and is fully refundable 48 hrs after event upon inspection of property. ​
- Vendor Damage Deposit: Bar Use & Custom Warming Kitchen Use (catering services) $300.00
- vendors planning to use venue's bars and warming kitchen will need to provide a fully refundable upon inspection damage deposit to venue 48hrs prior to use.
- It is the client's responsibility to make vendors aware of this venue stipulation prior to hire and have hired vendor sign agreement form.
- Rental of Dance Floor for indoor dancing
- Fees for outdoor set-up, basketball hoop removal, outdoor overhead strung lighting - see below
- Rental of ceremony chairs if venues chairs do not provide enough for both indoor reception set-up and seating for ceremony.
- Additional security fees if over 250 guests.

Venue Requirements: Additional Fees
Other Requirements -
- For Bounce House Rentals, Riding Bulls, Outdoor Games - venue requires that the client has an adult supervisor stationed at each activity to oversee children at play.
- Rentals such as bounce houses, Water Slides, Riding Bulls etc..... must be rented through a licensed and insurred business with proper set up. If client wants to provide a personal bounce house or water slide etc.. the event insurance policy must stipulate and provide coverages for such items.
Rental & Set-Up Options

Our venue provides premium table settings and service options to elevate your event. Available for rental, we offer gold-rimmed plateware, elegant water goblets, and silverware for up to 200 guests. White table linens are available for an additional fee for up to 20 six-foot round tables. Our team will polish dishware and set the tables prior to your event, and dedicated staff will clear tables, wash, dry, and carefully repackage dishware during dinner service, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience for you and your guests.
